Cut Onion into long thin piece.
Cut green chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves into small pieces.
Add finely chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and garam masala with gram flour.
Add 2 spoons boiled oil and hot ghee with this flour.
Mix everything well.
Sprinkle some water and mix well.
Deep fry them in hot oil and prepare pakodas.
